Tata Nexon Engine Specifications
The Tata Nexon comes with two types of engines: petrol and diesel. The petrol engine is 1.2 liters in size and is turbocharged, giving it a power of 120 PS and torque of 170 Nm. On the other hand, the diesel engine is 1.5 liters and has a power of 115 PS and torque of 260 Nm.
For the petrol engine, there are four different ways to shift gears: a 5-speed manual, a 6-speed manual, a 6-speed AMT (Automatic Manual Transmission), and a new 7-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT). As for the diesel engine, you can choose between a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT.
Tata has now made the Nexon even more affordable by introducing versions with the AMT transmission.
Tata Nexon Features
The Tata Nexon offers a range of impressive features for comfort and convenience. It has a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital driver’s display. The car includes automatic climate control, wireless phone charging, and ventilated, height-adjustable front seats. For added driving pleasure, it comes with cruise control and paddle shifters. The audio experience is enhanced with a 9-speaker JBL sound system with a subwoofer and Harman-enhanced AudioworX technology.
Tata Nexon Safety Features
For safety, the Nexon comes with six airbags, hill assist, electronic stability control (ESP), a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a 360-degree camera, all as standard features.
